		NOTE: This is a county government sponsored offer and not related to the courts nor required by the courts, but it could be used as an alternative or option.
The number of foreclosures across the state is steadily increasing. Families are being displaced from their familiar homes and schools and communities are being devalued. The Seminole County Community Development office offers a Foreclosure Prevention Program. If approved, the program helps families facing foreclosure to keep their homes by providing granted funds.

		NOTE: This program is not related to the courts nor required by the courts, but it could be used as an alternative or option
The “Foreclosure Mediation Program” is a 501 (c) 3 cooperative community based program that has been created to connect available community resources to assist all parties involved in the mortgage foreclosure process. The borrower and lender will meet with a certified mediator with the goal of creating solutions and obtaining a mutually acceptable agreement.
