Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation (RMFM) Program information, forms, and procedures are available at www.mortgagemediation.org. This information is for all parties to foreclosure cases (borrowers, lenders, attorneys), as well as for mediators.
All inquiries regarding the Brevard County Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation (RMFM) Program should be directed to the Program Manager, American Arbitration Association. This includes inquiries from borrowers, lenders, attorneys, mediators, credit counselors, and training providers. Please contact Elaine Lerner at 866-222-6541 (toll free).
