Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC11-44, dated December 19, 2011 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the statewide managed mediation program for residential mortgage foreclosure cases, American Arbitration Association (AAA), has been terminated. Cases already referred to and pending in the program with AAA will remain in the program through completion of mediation. But no new cases may be referred to this program. However, Judges may refer cases to mediation on a case-by-case basis pursuant to section 44.102, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.700(a).
